We pride ourselves on being a locally Owned and Operated company that focuses on residential property management strictly in the greater Kingston area. All of our third party trades and service relationships are with local companies who provide us with preferential response times during the day and after hours in case of emergencies.

During regular business hours, our friendly and knowledgeable staff are happy to take phone calls and promptly respond to emails. After business hours and on weekends, our phone line is forwarded to a member of the Frontenac Property Management team. We also have staff working into the evenings and on weekends to ensure property showings and issues are dealt with in a timely manner.
