Not only were they able to market my house and show it to a number of prospective tenants and handle the rental process, they are extremely responsive in meeting my ongoing needs. They have, on more than one occasion, coordinated directly with the tenants and third party service providers for repairs and improvements, almost always on very short notice. They typically respond to e-mails within an hour or two of receiving them, and in many cases, almost instantly.

I have had the pleasure of working with Frontenac Property Management for a few years. They have been very good at finding me quality student tenants who were respectful of the apartments they rented and I never missed a rent payment. It took a lot of the stress of being a student landlord away from me.
